A 34,000 sq. ft. new build, Roth's Fresh Markets in Monmouth, II-S was the plumbing contractor.
Neaman Ambulatory Surgery Center
A medical new build, for a cosmetic & reconstructive surgery center. II-S was involved as the plumbing contractor. The project required certified installers for med gas, included sensitive systems, and quality finishing for a choice clinic.
OSU SARL
A zebrafish lab with various waterline types including PROGEF. Complete BIM coordination during the design development phase allowed for accurate installation of piping with minimal changes.
