Steve Wolfe
Owner/President
In 1994 Steve started at II-S as an apprentice, and after 13 years he joined the owners side. Since taking over, he has dedicated his time to maintaining the reputation of excellence II-S has developed from years of reliable installation and support. He brings flexibility to your projects taking out the middleman and allowing for timely solutions through the design and installation.
He received the 2002 Salem Contractors Exchange Award for individual Achievement and recently received a certificate of meritorious service from the State of Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries for 18 years of service as a member of the Mid-Valley Steamfitter/Pipefitters JATC.
William Verboort
Project Manager
Will has 17 years at II-S and has held his Journeyman plumbers license for 30+ years. His role at II-S has adapted over the years, from installation to the office, he now applies his oversight as project manager. Whether involved in submittals, bidding, specifications, or project support, he is an integral member in our workflow.
Jason Zivney
Superintendent
Jason started at II-S in 2017 as an apprentice, and after receiving his Journeyman plumbers license, he continued to advance his certifications adding Medical Gas and Liquified Petroleum Gas certifications to his portfolio. He has now been a superintendent for 2-years, allowing him to be a resource across projects and offering support & advice to our on-site installers.
Melissa Thomas
Office Manager
Melissa has been with II-S for 9 years, in that time she has made herself an invaluable part of the team by developing a number of roles. She handles bookkeeping, HR, developing reports, permit application, payroll & keeps the office running smoothly with her organizational adeptness.
Adrian Mollers
BIM Coordinator
Our newest addition, Adrian has 7+ years of experience 3D-modeling in the construction industry. He has worked in multiple disciplines allowing him to have a well rounded approach to coordination. His involvement decreases the time our crew needs to be in field and allows for more precision in our installation. We are now also able to offer BIM coordination on multi-discipline projects as well as shop (dimensional) drawings for Mechanical and Plumbing.
